I am a PhD student in the MemoLab studying how dynamic cognitive states such as emotion shape memory formation and retrieval. I am particularly interested in using naturalistic stimuli to study narrative memories and how they may be related to real-life emotional autobiographical memories.

Previously, I worked on projects related to sleep, hippocampal replay, and mental health as a research specialist in the Schapiro Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. Before then, I graduated with a double major in Neuroscience and Spanish from Duke University, where I completed an undergraduate thesis on motivational influences on memory as part of the Adcock Lab.

Outside the lab, you can find me exploring different farmers markets, trying to find the best matcha cafés, or reading a good book!
